Email [email protected] for anything general — a question about the product, pricing, a demo, a partnership or reseller inquiry, or press. We reply from a real inbox, read by the team, not a queue. If you'd rather talk it through first, request a walkthrough and we'll set up a time.

General questions, sales and demos
Privacy and data requests
Email [email protected] for anything related to your data: an access or deletion request, a question about what the Audience Vault stores, a Global Privacy Control question, or a data processing question as a client, agency or platform partner. See the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for the full detail on how requests like these are handled and how long they take.
Existing customers
Signed-in customers get support from inside the app, with a stated response time on paid plans — faster than email for anything account-specific, since it comes with your account context already attached. Use email only for anything you can't reach while signed in.
Company
Ads and Pixels is built by Houston IT Developers LLC, Houston, Texas. See the full story on the About page.
Frequently asked questions
Real answers before you make a decision.
How fast do you respond?
General inquiries at [email protected] typically get a reply within one business day. Signed-in customers on paid plans get a stated response time inside the app, which is faster for account-specific issues.
Is there a phone number?
Phone support is available on agency tiers once you're a customer, from inside the app. There isn't a public sales phone line at this stage — email or a walkthrough request is the fastest way to reach us before signing up.
How do I request my data be deleted?
Email [email protected]. See the Data Processing Agreement for what deletion covers and how long it takes.
I'm a journalist or researcher — who do I contact?
Use [email protected] and note what you're working on; it'll route to the right person.
Or just start
Most questions answer themselves once you're inside the product — it's free to try before you commit to anything.
