The Reseller plan puts your own domain and logo on every screen a client sees: the client portal, white label reporting, scheduled PDF and email reports, the onboarding invite link, even the Local Screens product if you sell screen time to your clients too. There's no "powered by Ads and Pixels" line in a footer, a PDF header or an email signature. Clients who've worked with agencies before know what that usually looks like — a thin skin over someone else's tool with the real brand leaking through in a corner. We built the reseller tier the other direction: everything a client can see is configured as yours from the first invite link.
Ads and Pixels / White Label & Resellers
White label reporting, billing and screens — your brand, top to bottom
White label reporting, billing and screens, all under your own name: run Ads and Pixels on your own domain, at your own prices, and bill your clients through your own Stripe account. Nothing says "Ads and Pixels" anywhere a client can see.
Your domain, your brand, everywhere
Your own prices, billed through your own Stripe
You set what you charge your clients — we don't publish your prices, cap them, or take a cut of what you bill. Client billing runs through your own Stripe account, so the money relationship is between you and your client, the same as if you'd built the software yourself. Usage that scales with your client count (extra clients past your plan's included count, AI credits, SEO data calls) rebills at a markup you set, the same pattern GoHighLevel uses for its own SaaS-mode resellers. You get one invoice from us for the platform; your clients get an invoice from you, in your name, on your terms.
White label reporting your clients read, not skim
Every number a client sees — the Results Map, platform-reported versus verified conversions, cost per result, pacing against budget — renders inside your white label reporting layer: your logo, your color choices where the brand system allows it, your domain on every link. Reports carry an AI-written plain-English summary of what changed and why, so a client who only reads the subject line still understands their month. Freshness timestamps sit on every number, and where our totals differ from what a platform's own dashboard shows, the report says why in one sentence instead of leaving your client to wonder which number is right.
Screens can wear your brand too
White label isn't only the ads product. The host-facing editor for Local Screens already carries your brand today, so a restaurant or gym client signing up to host a screen never sees a name other than yours. The advertiser-facing booking map and the host payout dashboard will carry the same white-label treatment once the screens marketplace ships — this is the same infrastructure every Reseller client runs on; it just ships already labeled as your product, live piece by piece as each one does.
Approvals and MCP, under your brand too
Client approvals and the MCP/API layer described on /solutions/agencies work the same way under Reseller — a client review link with real ad previews, a plain-English card and one-click undo on every AI-proposed change, an assistant that can read data and propose a change but never approve one. The only difference on Reseller is where they live: every link, card and email a client sees carries your domain, not a shared one, so a client comparing your offering to a competitor's never has a reason to suspect it's the same underlying platform.
What we don't do
- We don't publish or cap your prices to your clients — that's entirely yours to set.
- We don't put our name anywhere a client of yours can see it.
- We don't hold your clients' ad spend or payment data — Stripe does, under your account.
Frequently asked questions
Real answers before you make a decision.
Does white label reporting cover PDFs and emails, or just the web portal?
All three. The web portal, scheduled PDF reports and the emails that deliver them all carry your domain, logo and brand — not a shared template with our name in the footer.
Is white label reporting available on every plan, or just Reseller?
It's a Reseller-plan feature specifically — Agency clients see the Results Map and reports under the Ads and Pixels brand, while Reseller replaces that with your own domain and logo throughout.
Do I set my own prices for clients, or do you?
You set them. We don't publish, suggest or cap what you charge your clients — your invoice to them is entirely separate from your invoice from us.
How does billing actually work?
You bill your clients through your own Stripe account, on your own terms. Separately, you pay us the Reseller plan fee plus any usage past what's included (extra clients, AI credits, SEO data calls) at a markup you control.
Can I resell Local Screens too, or only the ads product?
Both, on the same timeline as the underlying features. White label covers the ads platform and the Local Screens host screens today, so a restaurant or gym client you sign up for a TV screen sees your brand now; the advertiser and payout screens carry your brand too, live once the screens marketplace itself ships.
Will a client ever see the words "Ads and Pixels"?
No — not in the portal, reports, onboarding link, emails or PDFs. The Reseller plan is built so your brand is what a client experiences from their first invite onward.
What's included in the Reseller plan versus paying per client on Agency?
Reseller includes a set number of clients (with extra clients billed per client past that), your own domain everywhere, and client billing through your own Stripe — Agency is priced per agency, without the reseller branding, white label reporting or the client-billing layer.
Does white label reporting cover scheduled emails too, or just the in-app view?
Both — scheduled PDF and email reports carry your branding the same way the in-app Results Map does, so a client who never logs in still gets a report that looks like it came from you.
Can our clients tell they're talking to Ads and Pixels support instead of ours?
Support contact points shown to your clients carry your branding as part of the Reseller setup; make sure your own support process is defined so a client's question reaches the right place first.
